These days, though, electrolyte replacement options include easy-packing, shelf-stable powders in every flavor imaginable.
Thats one reason we loved Skratch Labs Sport Hydration Drink Mix.
It tasted like a natural citrus-infused waterno pucker-inducing lemon shockwaves reverberating through our mouth.

It didnt take much effort to mix, either.
However, we found it tough to ignore the 19 grams of added sugars.
We chose pink lemonade and were not disappointed.

Kaged contains relatively low amounts of electrolytes, but in an excellent balance.
Each serving packs not only sodium and potassium, but phosphorus, magnesium, and calcium, too.
We felt the combo was just right, leaving us hydrated and refreshed.
However, we wish it had more carbs to support better exercise recovery.
We just wouldnt recommend drinking Hydrantallday, especially for anyone who needs to monitor sodium intake.
It has 260 milligrams per serving, which is 11% of the Daily Value.
Then again, added zinc couldboost immune function, while extra potassium helps meetnutrient targetsmost Americans dont reach.
The unflavored claim is legit!
Another nice feature is that since the drops are liquid, they leave no trace of sediment or graininess.
We werent super impressed, though, with the lower-than-average levels of electrolytes per serving.
Each squeeze of Buoys drops adds just 50 milligrams of sodium and an itty-bitty 10 milligrams of potassium.
Not surprisingly, it left us feeling hydrated to the max.

Now thats a pick-me-up.
We were smitten with Tailwinds raspberry option (no artificial flavors here!
), which wasnt too salty or sugary despite having 25 grams of added sugar.
If youd like to reap the benefits of extra nutrients while rehydrating, this is the powder to pick.
Plus, we also love that its third-party tested, ensuring high-quality standards.
Our tester thought its lime notes were rather overpowering and felt it left an artificial aftertaste.
But since this mix is flavored with stevia, an aftertaste isnt surprising.

Wed also prefer this powder to have a little less sodium.
