Based on where Season 3 leaves off, its hard to say where her relationship with Marcus is going.
Gemmell previously described it in production notes as more a flirtation than a love story.
The ton loves to gossip, so Violet would probably have to marry a long-term love.
It still remains to be seen if Marcus will ultimately fit that role.
