Remove from oven and transfer the vegetables to a large serving plate or a wide, shallow bowl.

While the strawberries pickle, bring a small saucepan of water to a boil.

Add 1 tablespoon of salt to the water and add the beans.

Cook for 3-4 minutes, or until the beans are tender but slightly crisp.
