Most are optimistic about their jobs and do not anticipate major changes beyond those they will initiate.
The survey was fielded by Woelfel Research, Inc. from May 15 to May 29, 2014.
A total of 1,006 telephone interviews were completed with adults ages 40-59 in the United States.
The results from the study were weighted to be nationally representative.
