The wellness icon talks about her simple #3for31 challenge.
“This is not a dress rehearsal.”
The concept is simple enough: Move for 30 minutes a day for all 31 days of December.

Any month with 31 days in it will do, adds Arzon.
That could be a 15-minute walk in the morning and another 15-minute walk in the evening.
To Arzon, “movement is medicine,” she says.
“It’s fertilizer for the brain.
It gives [you] more energy; it gives [you] more capacity for patience.”
Those are two things that certainly go a long way during the holiday season.
“I’m doing heavystrength trainingupper body one day,” she explains.
“The next, it might be alonger runor a bike ride.”
However, she understands that “slowing down is a strength.”
It’s something she got a crash course in afterhaving her daughter, Athena, in 2021.
“It actually takes confidence to do something that’s slower.”
“It’s important to start small.
I think sweeping change, for anyone, is really daunting.
The key is to be consistent andcreate habits, she explains.
