Dr. Lampkin has also been an adjunct professor since 2004.
She currently teaches general political science courses at the University of Maryland Global Campus.
She has a PhD in political science from American University.
She also holds a masters of science in policy analysis and a bachelors in sociology.
In 2017, Dr. Lampkin obtained a graduate certificate in gerontology from the University of Southern California.
