Good Morning
Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, your hands at your sides.
Return to the starting position.
Keep your core braced; dont bow your back.
Place your legs shoulder-width apart, then pull in your right leg until your ankles touch.
To repeat with your left leg, move to the right side of the object.
Hip Abduction
Stand with feet shoulder-width apart.
Loop a resistance band around both ankles.
Raise your right leg out to the side as far as it’s possible for you to.
Hold for a moment; slowly return to the starting position.
Switch legs; repeat exercise on the other side.
Glute Bridge
Lie on your back, knees bent, feet flat on the floor.
Clench your butt at the top of the movement, pause, and lower back down.
